وفقاً لقرار مجلس هيئة السوق المالية

وفقاً لقرار مجلس هيئة السوق المالية بتاريخ 26/09/1437 هـ الموافق 7/1/2016 بتشكيل لجنة مؤقتة من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص لتتولى الإشراف على إدارة الشركة ودعوة الجمعية العامة للشركة للاجتماع وذلك خلال مدة لا تزيد عن ثلاثة أشهر لانتخاب مجلس إدارة جديد للشركة ، لذا فقد عقدت اللجنة اجتماعها الأول يوم الثلاثاء 10/6/1437 هـ الموافق 12 يوليو 2016 في تمام الساعة 12:30 ظهراً في مقر الشركة بمدينة الرياض ، برئاسة رئيس اللجنة الأستاذ/ عبدالرحمن بن عبدالمحسن النافع ، وحضور أصحاب السعادة أعضاء اللجنة وهم :
