. یلتزم الطرف الثاني بالحفاظ على سریة كافة البیانات والمعلومات الخاصة بالطرف الأول والتي قد تكون لدیه بمناسبة قیامه
بالمهام الواردة في هذا العقد لحساب الطرف الأول، وعدم الإدلاء بأیة بیانات أو معلومات إلى طرف ثالث إلا بناء على موافقه كتابیة
من الطرف الاول .
2/11 . یلتزم الطرف الثاني بأن یرد إلى الطرف الاول كافة ما لدیه من ملفات ومستندات ووثائق ومذك ا رت، وعلى وجه العموم أیه
مستندات متعلقة بهذا المشروع وذلك فور إنتهاء هذا العقد لأي سبب من الأسباب .
3/11 . یكون الطرف الثاني مس ؤولا مع شركائه على وجه التضامن عن أیه أض ا رر مباشرة قد تلحق بالطرف الاول نتیجة لتسرب أي
معلومات أو وثائق أو مستندات تخص الطرف الأول سواء كان خلال مرحلة تنفیذ العقد أو بعد انتهاء العقد.
