وإذا كانت النسبة المتبقية من الأرباح المستحقة للمساهمين لا تكفي لدفع هذه النسبة، لا يجوز للمساهمين المطالبة بدفعها في السنة أو السنوات التالية، ولا يجوز للجمعية العامة أن تقرر توزيع نسبة من الأرباح تزيد عما اقترحه مجلس الإدارة
