واشار تقرير مسح القوى العاملة (جهاز الاحصاء الفلسطيني، 2013) ان عدد المستخدمين باجر في فلسطين 602 الف عامل بواقع 312 الف عامل في الضفة و196 الف عامل في غزة. و76 الف عامل يعملون في اسرائيل و18 الف عامل يعملون في المستوطنات الاسرائيلية. ووفق جهة العمل تبين ان 50% من العمال يعملون في القطاع الخاص بينما 34% يستوعبهم القطاع الحكومي و16% في اسرائيل والمستوطنات
