6. مناقشة تقرير إدارة الرقابة النظامية للربع الأول والثاني من العام 2016م:
6.1 بعد أن اطلع الأعضاء على تقرير إدارة الرقابة النظامية للربع الأول والثاني من العام 2016م، وضح الأستاذ الباز طريقة تقييم كل إدارة من ناحية الالتزام.

6.2 بعد مناقشة الأعضاء لكافة النقاط، تم التأكيد على القيام بالإجراءات اللازمة فيما يخص النقطة رقم 8 الواردة في جزئية مجلس الإدارة وعمل خطة سنوية تشمل التقارير المرفوعة للجنة والتي سيتم عرضها لاحقاً خلال العام على لجنة المراجعة ليتم عرضها على مجلس الإدارة للموافقة عليها.

6.3 فيما يخص النقطة رقم 9 الواردة في جزئية مجلس الإدارة، أفاد أعضاء اللجنة بأنه سيتم إعداد تقرير في نهاية السنة عن رأي اللجنة في مدى كفاية نظام الرقابة الداخلية في الشركة وعن أية أعمال أخرى قامت بها اللجنة تدخل في نطاق اختصاصها ليتم تزويده لمجلس الإدارة ليتم إيداع نسخاً كافية منه في مقر الشركة قبل موعد انعقاد الجمعية العامة بعشرة أيام على الأقل (والتي سيتم مناقشته ضمن بنود الجمعية)؛ ليتمكن المساهمين من الحصول على نسخة منه وذلك بناءاً على ما نصت عليه المادة 104 من نظام الشركات.
