ولا يتحمّل مدير الصندوق مسؤولية أية دعاوى أو مطالبات مهما كانت بالنسبة لأية خسارة لفرصة أو خسارة فعلية أو خسارة يتكبدها المستثمر إلا في حالة الإهمال الفادح أو سوء التصرف أو التصرف غير المشروع من جانب مدير الصندوق.
