وشريطة عدم حدوث هلاك كلي للأصول المؤجرة، فإنه يكون لأمين الإصدار و/أو للجهة المصدرة بصفتها كمصدرة للصكوك ووكيلة لمالكي الصكوك، الخيار والحق القانوني والتعاقدي وفقاً لما يراه أي منهما ملائماً، اعتبار بدلات الإجارة عن باقي مدة الإيجار بموجب هذا العقد حالة فوراً، وتصبح جميعها واجبة الأداء ومستحقة الأداء فوراً، بصرف النظر عن تواريخ استحقاقها الأصلية بموجب هذا العقد، وذلك من خلال قيام أمين الإصدار و/أو الجهة المصدرة بإشعار حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية خطياً بذلك.
