وتشير دراسة لمنتدى شارك الشبابي حول واقع الشباب (2013) ان نسبة التشغيل في القطاع الحكومي للاشخاص ذوو الاعاقة ما زالت %3.1 وهناك غياب لوجود سياسة أو استراتيجية تحدد كيفية الوصول للنسبة المحمية التي نص عليها القانون وهي 5%.
