تنازلت الشركة عن بعض المبالغ المستح

تنازلت الشركة عن بعض المبالغ المستحقة لها نظير تلك التصفية و وصلت إلى تعويض المساهمين بما نسبته 10% من المبلغ الفعلي المحصل من عملية تصفية الصندوق، و هي النسبة التي توصلت إليها مكين كابيتال دون الاضرار بكافة الاطراف، بالرغم ان النسبة الفعلية التي توصلت إليها مكين كابيتال كعائد استثمار للمستثمرين قبل تنازلها عن بعض المبالغ المستحقة لها كانت 2,8% فقط
