يعتبر الطرف الثاني متعثراً إذا أخل

يعتبر الطرف الثاني متعثراً إذا أخل بأي من أحكام وشروط عقد التمويل أو لم يسدد أيا من الأقساط الشهرية المستحقة عليه لمدة ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ الاستحقاق وللطرف الأول عند ذلك ِ إخطار الطرف الثاني كتابة بالتعثر أو الإخلال وبوجوب السداد خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ استلام الاشعار

The second party fitfully if breached any of the terms and conditions of the financing contract or any of the monthly installments due from it is not paid for a period of thirty days from the due date for the first party when it notified the second party in writing stumbling or prejudice and should be made within thirty days from the date of receipt of the notice

The second party is frustrated if a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the financing contract, not pay any monthly premium payments for a period of thirty days from the date of maturity of the party first when it was notified second party write falter or prejudicePayment within thirty days from the date of receipt of the notification.
