بناءً على المادة السبعون (2هـ) من اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام مراقبة شركات التأمين التعاوني الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/32) وتاريخ 02/06/1424هـ ، حيث نصت على "توزيع الفائض الصافي، ويتم إما بتوزيع نسبة 10% عشرة بالمائة للمؤمًن لهم مباشرة أو بتخفيض أقساطهم للسنة التالية
