8. يلتزم بعدم التصرف كما لو أن لديه الصلاحية للقيام بأي عمل يتعلق بالمشروع نيابة عن مدير الصندوق يكون خارج عما أتت به هذه الاتفاقية باستثناء ما إذا تم ذلك بموجب تفويض كتابي من قبل مدير الصندوق وفق حدود ذلك التفويض.
