4. يقوم الطرف الأول والطرف الثاني بإجراء التسوية المالية عن المبالغ المسددة لمقدمي الخدمات بالتزامن مع التسوية المالية المتعلقة بعقود الإيجار من الباطن، وذلك وفق القواعد المقررة في المادة (7) من هذه الاتفاقية.
