تعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 422 تاريخ 6/6/2002 المتعلق بحماية الأحداث المخالفين للقانون أو المعرضين للخطر والى إضافة أحكام جديدة اليه، لناحية رفع سن المسؤولية الجزائية، توسيع مفهوم الحماية الإجتماعية وإستحداث أجهزة مختصة... تجدر الاشارة الى انه مشروع القانون الوحيد الذي عرض على اللجان النيابية المختصة.

Results (English) 1:

Amending some provisions of law number 422 dated 6/6/2002 on the protection of juveniles in conflict with the law or at risk and to add new provisions, to raise the age of criminal responsibility, expanding the concept of social protection and the development of competent organs. It should be noted that the only Bill presented to the competent parliamentary committees.

Results (English) 3:

Amends some provisions of Law No. 422 dated 6 / 6 / 2002 on the protection of minors in conflict with the law or at risk and to add new provisions, in order to raise the the age of criminal responsibility, the broadening of the concept of social protection to develop relevant machinery. It should be noted that only bill presented to the competent parliamentary committees.
