ان غالبية الدراسات التي تناولت اللجان ركزت على ايجابياتها و سلبياتها، و لكنها لم تتطرق لمدى فاعليتها في معالجة المشكلات الادارية، مما استدعى القيام بدراسة علمية استكشافية للوضع الراهن للجان القائمة في التنظيم الاداري في المملكة العربية السعودية ممثلا في اللجان الوظيفية في وزارة الداخلية في ظل ملاحظة الباحث و مشاركته لكثير من اللجان الادارية التي يتم تشكيلها في وزارة الداخلية لمواجهة و حل المشكلات الادارية

The majority of studies on the committees focused on the pros and cons, but did not address its effectiveness in dealing with administrative problems, requiring scientific study to current situation of existing committees on administrative management in Saudi Arabia representatives in functional commissions at the Ministry of Interior under Note Finder and share many administrative committees that are set up in the Ministry of the Interior to address and solve administrative problems

The majority of studies that have addressed the committees focused on the positives and the negatives, but it did not address the extent of its effectiveness in dealing with administrative problems, which necessitated do scientific scoping study of the status quo of existing committees in the administrative organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented in functional committees in the Ministry of Interior under the Note Researcher and participation of many of the administrative committees, which are formed in the Interior Ministry to confront and resolve administrative problems
