للجان دور فعال في حل المشكلات الادارية بشرط توفر الظروف الملائمة لذلك، حيث تسهم غالبية اللجان في ايجاد الحلول الفعالة التي يتم اتخاذها وفق خطوات عملية منطقية، فضلا عن ترشيد القرار المتخذ، بهدف التيقن من دوره في علاج المشكلات الادارية و الحد من تكرارها، فضلا عن إمكانية إستخدامه في علاج المشكلات المشابهة على المدى القصير و البعيد من خلال الاعتماد على المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، و البعد عن الارتجال و العشوائية و محدودية الرأي الفردي
