يعمل بهذا القرار لمدة اربع سنوات من تاريخ صدوره يقوم المستدعي خلالها بتنفيذ كافة المنشأت و تجهيز المكان، و إذا لم يستطع المستدعي ان ينفذ المطلوب ضمن هذه المهلة عليه ان يتقدم بطلب تجديد إلى وزارة الصحة العامة قبل انتهاء المهلة موضحًا الاسباب الفعلية للتأخير
