3. ان انتهاج سياسة بناء قدرات المتطوعين/ات لتمكينهم في القيام بدورهم التطوعي على اكمل وجه وضمن معارف ومهارات سليمة اثبتت نجاحها فهي من جهة تحقق توجه الجمعية في تنمية قدرات المجتمع ومن جهة اخرى تصقل الطاقات الكامنة وتبرزها وتعزز ثقة المتطوعين بادائهم وبانفسهم عبر تعزيز قدراتهم في تطبيق ما اكتسبوه.
