تمشياً مع متطلبات قانون الشركات في المملكة العربية السعودية والنظام الاساسي للشركة يتم تكوين احتياطي نظامي بنسبة 10% من صافي الدخل السنوى ، ويجوز التوقف عن هذا التكوين حينما يبلغ رصيد هذا الاحتياطي 50% من رأس المال المدفوع إن هذا الاحتياطي غير قابل للتوزيع كأنصبة أرباح
