ان حق الحسم هو الحق المعطى للشخص الخاضع للضريبة بأن يحسم من اصل الضريبة المتوجبة على عملية معينة قيمة الضريبة التي سبق ان اثقلت ثمن هذه العملية او اثقلت اي عنصر من العناصر التي يتكون منها الثمن
