في حالة وفاة العميل أو إعساره أو إصابته بعجز عقلي، يتوجب على خلفه/ممثله المعين أن يعلن قراره/قرارهم بشأن إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية خلال ثلاثين يوم من وقوع ذلك الحدث، وفي حالة عدم إعلان هذا القرار، سوف يستمر المدير في تشغيل الحساب والتصرف وفق للوكالة الشرعية الممنوحة من العميل لخلفه/ ممثله واحتساب جميع الرسوم والمصاريف وغيرها وقيدها على/ خصمها من الحساب البنكي.
