في حال كون مقدم الطلب أقل من 21 سنة

في حال كون مقدم الطلب أقل من 21 سنة , يتعين على وصيه الشرعي التقدم بالطلب نيابة عنه وذلك في حال عدم توفر شهادة اثبات رشد من المحكمة

If the applicant is under 21 years old, the legal guardian should forward the request on his behalf, in the absence of certificate to prove the rationality of the court
