تناول المحور الاول العلاقة بين الدوائر والبرامج وفروع الجمعية والهيئات المحلية، اما المحور الثاني فتركز على تحليل وضع المتطوعين/ات في كل من اللجان المجتمعية وبرنامج التاهيل/ التربية الخاصة، في حين انفرد المحور الثالث في عرض وتحليل نتائج ممارسات برنامج التثقيف الصحي والمجتمعي وانعكاسه على المستفيدين، بينما درس المحور الرابع وحلل ممارسات برنامج التربية الخاصة المجتمعي ، اما المحور الخامس فقد رصد وحلل اليات التوثيق واعداد التقارير المتبعة ، في حين قدم المحور الاخير مراجعة ومقترحات لقاعدة بيانات للمؤشرات
