4. اعتباراً من تاريخ انتهاء عقد الإيجار يكون الطرف الأول منفرداً مسؤولاً عن تحصيل الأجرة من المستأجرين من الباطن، واتباع كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لذلك (من توجيه الاشعارات والإنذارات والمخاطبات وإقامة دعاوى)، ولن يتحمل الطرف الثاني أي التزام في هذا الشأن، كما لن يكون الطرف الثاني مسؤولاً عن تأخر المستأجرين من الباطن في سداد الأجرة أو رفضهم السداد للطرف الأول.
