• المشاكل التي سيعمل المشروع على المساهمة في حلها :
1. ضعف وسطحية دور الشباب بالعمل المجتمعي التطوعي . وعدم التزام وتهرب الطلبة الجامعيين من تقديم الخدمة المجتمعية التطوعية، الذي ينتج عنه ضعف الأداء الوظيفي وقلة الخبرة الميدانية للخريجين.

2. إفتقار شبابنا و أطفالنا بمدينة القدس للمعلومات والبرامج المتخصصة بتوجيههم وارشادهم وخصوصاً بعد التحريف والحذف و التهويد التي شهدته المناهج التعليمية من قبل سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.

3. ضعف الإمكانيات ومحدودية النشاطات الفنية واللامنهجية في بعض المدارس وانعدامها في مدارس أخرى، والتي تعد الركيزة في تنشئة الطالب جسدياً ونفسياً ، وتزوده بالجوانب المعرفية والتعليمية إلى آقصى حد ممكن لتحقيق نموه المتكامل في شخصيتة وإعداده لحياة أفضل بتوجيه سلوكه نحو السلوك الايجابي.

4. انعدام لغة الحوار بين الأطفال و الشباب و هروبهم الى لغة العنف الجسدي واللفظي و القبلي في معظم الأحيان.

Results (English) 1:

• Problems that the project will contribute to solving it :1. weak and superficial role of youth in voluntary community work. And the lack of commitment and dodged undergraduate students provide voluntary community service, which results in poor performance and lack of field experience for graduates.2. lack of our youth and our Jerusalem for information and specialized orientation and mentoring programmes and especially after interpolating and deletion and judaization, which witnessed the curriculum by the Israeli occupation authorities.3. functional insufficiency and extracurricular activities are limited and in some schools and nonexistent in other schools, which is the substrate in raising student physically and psychologically, and provide knowledge and educational aspects as much as possible to achieve integrated development of personality and prepared for a better life by directing his behavior towards positive behaviour.4. the lack of dialogue between children and young people and their escape to physical violence and verbal language and often tribal.
