. ومن الجدير بالذكر بأن أحد الأعضاء الأستاذ/ محمد العطاس قد أرسل بريد الكتروني بين فيه اعتراضه عن عدد الاجتماعات الكبير وأن بعض بنود الأجندة غير مهمة لعقد اجتماعات خاصة بها. وحيث أن الأستاذ العطاس قد تغيب عن عدد من الاجتماعات قرر رئيس اللجنة تنحيته عن المنصب لتغيبه لثلاثة اجتماعات متتالية وتم الرفع بذلك لمجلس الإدارة. وتعقيباً على ذلك، أفاد الأستاذ العبيد أن هذا ما حصل بشكل عام وأن اللجنة أخذت الكثير من وقت وجهد الإدارة في عمل تعديلات كثيرة على التقارير التي تم تسليمها مثل تقرير إدارة مطالبات السيارات الذي تم عقد حوالي عشرة اجتماعات لعمل التعديلات المطلوبة مما أدى إلى تأخر الإدارة في رفع التقارير المتبقية.
