3. فيما عدا الخلافات المتعلقة بإجراءات التسوية المالية أو بإجراءات التسليم فيتم حل كافة المنازعات المتعلقة بعقد الإيجار أو بهذه الاتفاقية (مثل الخلافات المتعلقة بتعدي الطرف الأول على حقوق الطرف الثاني بالاسم التجاري) عن طريق القضاء.
