إن العميل يفوض بموجبه المدير بإعادة تفويض صلاحيته المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية بحضوره أصالة شخصياً أو بالوكالة، ولكن دون التزام بفعل ذلك في أي اجتماع للمساهمين المصدرين الأسهم أو ما شابهها من أوراق مالية مقتناه في حساب الاستثمار وبممارسة حقوق التصويت مباشرة أو من خلال تفويض آخر لوكيل يختاره المدير أو أي طرف ذي صلة أو مفوض
بذلك.
