هدفت دراسة البيانات الاساسية الى تقييم وتطوير خطة المتابعة والتقييم المتبعة وفق الاطار المنطقي لمشروع ""تعزيز استجابة المجتمعات المحلية لاوضاع الطوارئ والكوارث" والمنفذ في برنامج الصحة المجتمعية والاسعاف الاولي ضمن دائرة الرعاية الصحية الاولية وبرنامج التربية الخاصة للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة المطبق في دائرة التاهيل والتابع لدائرة التنمية المجتمعية، والذي يتم تنفيذه منذ عام 2013 وحتى عام 2016
