من المتفق عليه بين الطرفان بإن العلاقة بينهما هي علاقة تعاقدية تخضع لقواعد واحكام القانون المدنى والتجارى المعمول بهما بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وتخرج من نطاق علاقة العمل بين رب العمل وموظفيه .

Results (English) 1:

It is agreed between the parties that their relationship is a contractual relationship subject to the rules and provisions of the civil and commercial law applicable U.A.E. State and graduated from the scope of the employment relationship between the employer and his employees.

Results (English) 2:

It is agreed between the parties that the relationship between them is a contractual relationship are subject to the rules and provisions of the Civil Code and trade them in place in the United Arab Emirates and graduated from the scope of work between the employer and his staff relationship.

Results (English) 3:

It is agreed between the parties that their relationship is a contractual relationship shall be subject to the rules of law, civil and commercial provisions applicable in the United Arab Emirates out of working relationship between employers and employees.
