تتمثل مسئوليات اللجنة بضمان فعالية عملية اتخاذ القرار على أعلى المستويات بغية تحقيق أهداف البنك بكل مرونة ووفق الجدول الزمني المقرر لها وكذلك مساعدة مجلس الإدارة في تحمل مسئولياته وتفعيل دوره في تعزيز ومتابعة وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية بما يدعم فعالية الأداء ومراجعة ومراقبة أعمال البنك بصفة منتظمة وعمل التوصيات اللازمة

Committee responsibilities are to ensure the effectiveness of the decision making process at the highest levels in order to achieve the objectives of the Bank with all the flexibility and according to schedule, as well as assisting the Board to assume its responsibilities and to activate its role in promoting, monitoring and implementation of the strategy to support effective performance, review and monitor the work of the World Bank regularly and do the necessary recommendations

The responsibilities of the Commission to ensure the effectiveness of the decision-making process at the highest levels in order to achieve the Bank's objectives with all the flexibility and according to the set schedule, as well as assist the Board of Directors to assume its responsibilities and its role in the promotion and follow-up strategy and implementation to support effective performance and review and monitoring of the bank's business on a regular basis and make recommendations necessary
