تتولى الادارة المختصة فرض الضريبة على المشتركين وتستوفيها منهم على ان تؤدي حاصلها مرة كل ثلاثة اشهر الى كل بلدية معنية، بنسبة حصتها من الاشتراكات، او الى الصندوق البلدي المستقل فيما يعود للاشتراكات الواقعة خارج النطاق البلدي.

The competent tax department to update participants on lead Haslha once every three months to the municipality concerned and by their share of contributions, or independent Municipality in return for contributions to the fund beyond the municipal band.
