 يحق للجزيرة للأسواق المالية أن توقف العميل عن التداول في الأسهم والاستثمارات الأخرى المدرجة في برنامج تداول أو أسهم أي أسواق عالمية أخرى متاح التداول بها سواء بموجب تعليمات هيئة السوق المالية أو بمحض اختيار وتقدير شركة الجزيرة للأسواق المالية إذا اعتقدت إلى حد معقول بأن العميل خالف أية قواعد تتعلق بعمليات التداول في برنامج تداول أو أي أنظمة تداول خاصة بالأسواق العالمية الأخرى وهذا سيعيق العميل من إدخال أية أوامر في برنامج تداول أو أي أنظمة تداول خاصة بالأسواق العالمية الأخرى ولن تتأثر بهذا الإجراء كافة الأوامر القائمة التي أدخلها العميل في وقت سابق.
