1. في حال تكليف العامل بالعمل الإضا

1. في حال تكليف العامل بالعمل الإضافي؛ يتم ذلك بموجب تكليف كتابي، أو الكتروني موجه له تصدره الجهة المسئولة في المنشأة يبين فيه عدد الساعات الإضافية المكلف بها العامل، و عدد الأيام اللازمة لذلك؛ وفق ما نصّت عليه المادة (السادسة بعد المائة) من نظام العمل.

1. If working overtime assignment; it is done under a written assignment, or an electronic wave him by the competent authority in the facility indicating the number of hours assigned to the worker, and the number of days required; as stipulated in article (6%) of the system.

1. In the case of assigning worker overtime; this is done under the mandate of my book, or electronic prompt him issued by the authority responsible at the facility in which the number of extra hours in charge of shows by the worker, and the number of days required for this; as stipulated in Article (sixth after cent) of working system.

1. If the assigned working overtime; be done by written assignment, or an electronic wave by a responsible enterprise, indicating the number of overtime hours for by working, and the number of days required, as stipulated in article (sixth, 100th) of the act.
