يقر العميل بأحقية الشركة في الاستفسار عنه لدى البنوك المحلية والشركات المالية التي يتعامل معها أو الجهات الرقابية المختصة بغرض التحقق من صحة البيانات والمعلومات التي صرح بها من خلال هذه الاتفاقية أو بموجبها أو بموجب أي اتفاقية أو عقد سابق لم ينته العمل بموجبه بعد.

Customer acknowledges that company to inquire about it at local banks and finance companies that handle or the competent supervisory authorities in order to validate the data and information made by this Convention or under it or under any Convention or previous contract whereby the work has not finished yet.

Customer acknowledges entitlement to inquire about the company at local banks and financial companies that deal with or the competent regulatory authorities in order to verify the data and information that told them through this agreement or under or by virtue of any agreement or an earlier contract under which the work is not over yet health.
