وفي سياق متصل لم يعد التثقيف الصحي المعاصر حصريا على العاملين في مجال الصحة (من اطباء وتمريض وغيرهم) وانما بمقدور العاملين في الحقل المجتمعي والتنموي ورجال الدين ومسئولي الاندية الشبابية والمجتمعية وغيرهم من الفاعلين المجتمعيين القيام بالتثقيف الصحي شريطة تعرضهم الى تدريبات متخصصة في مجال التثقيف الصحي وموضوعاته وادواته (مصدر سابق، 2012).
