6.1 أفادت أمانة سر المجلس بأنه يجب على مجلس الإدارة مراجعة هذه السياسة من خلال توصية من لجنة الترشيحات والمكافآت بعد مضي ثلاث سنوات كحد أقصى من تاريخ إعتمادها، مالم يحدث في غضون ذلك تغييرات تستوجب مراجعتها قبل إنقضاء هذه المدة، علماً بأن مجلس الإدارة كان قد وافق على هذه السياسة بموجب القرار رقم (71/2013) وتاريخ 11/01/1435هـ الموافق 14/11/2013م.
6.2 أفاد أعضاء لجنة الترشيحات والمكافآت الحاضرين في إجتماع اليوم، بأن اللجنة إجتمعت بشأن هذه السياسة ونقاشت تفصيلياً محتوياتها، وأنه لا يزال لديها بعض الملاحظات التي سيتم نقاشها خلال إجتماعها المقبل، لذا فإن اللجنة لم تتمكن من رفع توصيتها لمجلس الإدارة بشأن هذا البند، وطلبت تأجيله لحين إجتماع مجلس الإدارة القادم، وهو ما وافق عليه نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة وجميع الأعضاء الحضور.

6.1 the Board secretariat reported that the Governing Council should review this policy through recommendation of nomination and remuneration Committee after a maximum of three years from the date of adoption, unless in the meantime changes require review before the expiry of this period, note that the Governing Council had agreed to this policy (17/2013) 11/10/1435 (h) 14/11/2013.6.2 members of nomination and remuneration Committee present at the meeting today, that the Committee had met on this wenkasht policy in detail, and it still has some notes that will be discussed during the next meeting, so that the Committee could not raise its recommendation to the Board on this item and requested postponed until the next Board meeting, and is approved by the Deputy Chairman and all members attend.

6.1 According to Secretariat of the Council that the Governing Council should review this policy through the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee after a maximum of three years from the date of adoption, unless it happens in the meantime changes require review before the expiry of this period, noting that the Governing Council had agreed this policy under resolution No. (71/2013) dated 11/01/1435 H corresponding to 14/11/2013 AD.
6.2 Members of the Nomination and remuneration Committee present reported in today 's meeting, the Committee met on this policy and Nqacht detailed contents, and it still has some notes that will be discussed during the next meeting, so the Committee was unable to raise its recommendation to the board of Directors on the item and requested the Council postponed until the next board meeting, which was approved by the Vice chairman of the board and all the members of the audience.
