ويقصد بالعمل الطوعي اي عمل يبذل خار

ويقصد بالعمل الطوعي اي عمل يبذل خارج نطاق سوق العمل ويبذل لاسباب انسانية ودون مقابل مادي او نقدي. وهو يؤدى لمصلحة فئات اخرى تعود بالنفع عليهم ماديا او تحقيق اهداف معينة (دليل جمعية نهضة مصر،2007).
