. ینتهي هذا العقد في الحالات الآتیة :
1/1/12 . مقتضیات المصلحة العامة التي یقدرها الطرف الأول.
2/1/12 . إذا أ رى الطرف الأول أثناء تنفیذ هذا العقد أنها تحمل مخاطر مستقبلیة.
3/1/12 . یكون إنهاء هذا العقد دون الإخلال بالحقوق المترتبة لأي من الطرفین في تاریخ الإنهاء والتي ترتبط بهذا العقد ، ویظل كل
من الطرفین مسؤولا عن أداء كافة المسؤولیات المتعلقة بموجب هذا العقد ولو كان الطرف الآخر قد مارس إحدى أو أكثر من الحقوق
والتعویضات.
