وافق مجلس ادارة مؤسسة المواصفات و المقاييس بجلسته رقم المنعقدة على اعتماد المواصفة القياسية كقاعدة فنية إلزامية التطبيق و اعتبارها سارية المفعول من تاريخ و ذلك إستنادًا للصلاحيات المخولة له بموجب المادة 8 فقرة (ب) من قانون المواصفات و المقاييس
