1) إنتاج شخصية سوار الكرتونية الخاصة بالأطفال والتي ستروي حكايا مقدسية، تعرفهم من خلال الشرح المرئي والمقروء بمدينة القدس من النواحي الثقافية والفنية والحضارية والتاريخية. و ذلك بأشكال متنوعة (فلم كرتوني، كراسات رسم للأطفال، ويوميات). بالإضافة إلى العمل على تدريب مجموعة من الشباب (طلاب وخريجي الجامعات) على سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية المكثفة التي ستساهم في إنتاج هذه الشخصية.
2) طباعة كتيب عن ناتج مشروع جمع الحكايا الشعبية الذي تم تنفيذه خلال عام 2016 .
