1) مراجعة إمكانية إضافة مؤشر لقياس "نسبة المرشدين السياحيين المؤهلين في الدولة" وذلك بعد الموافقة واعتماد قرار مجلس الوزراء لنظام الإرشاد السياحي واعتماد البرنامج التدريبي
كما سيتم الدورة الاستراتيجية القادمة إدراج مؤشرات إضافية لقياس أثر مبادرات المجلس في تأهيل المرشدين السياحيين كمرحلة أولى من حيث "نسبة المرشدين السياحيين المرخصين من قبل المجلس من إجمالي المرشدين العاملين في الدولة"
2) دراسة إمكانية إضافة مؤشر يقيس الزيادة في أعداد الكوادر المواطنة العاملة في مجال السياحة والآثار
