كما تستغرق القرارات التي يتخذها اعضاء اللجنة وقتا طويلا يفوق الوقت الذي يستغرقه إصدار القرارات الفردية؛ بسبب إختلاف وجهات نظر الاعضاء؛ لذلك يفضل عدم الاعتماد على اللجان في اتخاذ القرارات السريعة؛ لان الوقت الذي تستغرقه الاجتماعات و ما يلزمها من مناقشات، فضلا عن تأجيل اتخاذ القرارات في حال عدم اكتمال اعضاء اللجنة، مما يترتب عليه البطء في اتخاذ القرارات، و من ثم ارتفاع تكلفة القرار المتخذ
