تعاقد العامل مع صاحب العمل ثم إنهاء العقد وإبرام عقد جديد يجعل شرط التجربة الوارد في عقد العمل الجديد مخالفاً للنظام, إذ لا يجوز أن يخضع العامل إلا لفترة تجربة واحدة في الوظيفة ذاتها.
