إذا لم يتم الدفع خلال المدة المشار إليها في الفقرة الأولى للمدير أو من يفوضه خطيا أن يشرع في تطبيق أحكام قانون تحصيل الأموال الأميرية المعمول به، وله في هذه الحالة ممارسة كامل الصلاحيات المخولة للحاكم الإداري و الحجز على أموال المكلف أينما وجدت بقرار من المحكمة المختصة

Results (English) 1:

If payment is made within the period referred to in the first paragraph of the Director or his authorized representative in writing to proceed to the application of the provisions of the law on the princely collection, and in this case exercise the full powers of the Governor and the reservation designated funds wherever the decision of the competent court

Results (English) 2:

If payment is not within the period referred to in the first paragraph of the Director or his delegate in writing to proceed with the application of the provisions of the state funds the applicable law, and has in this case full powers vested in the administrative governor and booking the taxpayer funds wherever found the decision of the competent court practice

Results (English) 3:

If payment is made within the period referred to in paragraph first the director or his deputy shall proceed in the implementation of the existing collection of princely; and in this case the full exercise of administrative powers of the governor and the seizure of funds for wherever they occur, by decision of the competent court
